PhD student in neuropsychology - Research and intervention, University of Montreal
Audrey-Rose is currently completing a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Université de Montréal. Before this, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Physiology from McGill University (2014). During her studies, she worked as a research assistant with Dr Cindy Goodyear at the McGill University Health Center. The project consisted in finding the effect of exposure to brominated fire retardants on the endocrine development of young boys. More recently, she assists a PhD student in the treatment and analysis of EEG data looking at the associative memory of healthy babies and of others having experienced febrile seizures. Moreover, she is a facilitator for the company Aspertise which offers IT services and where all employees have a diagnosis on the autism spectrum. As of January 2017, she will start a master’s degree in psychology at Université de Montréal under the supervision of Dr Sarah Lippé. She will study the learning mechanisms of gifted children with and without a diagnosis on the autism spectrum.
