Mahsa Shakeri received her master degree in Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, in 2011 in the field of image processing. She is currently a PhD student at Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in Computer Engineering, and is a member of Medical Imaging and Computational Analysis Lab. She is also a researcher at Sainte-Jusine Hospital Research Center. Her research interests include shape analysis of subcortical structures, image segmentation, and registration.
