PhD Student in Psychology (Research) — Profile in Cognitive Neuroscience

Mélodie is finishing her PhD in psychology with a profile in cognitive neuroscience. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology from University of Montréal and a master’s degree in research in health sciences with a specialisation in mental health from University of Sherbrooke. During her bachelor studies, she participated in a psychology fellowship at Centre Jeunesse of the Laurentides. Her doctoral project focuses on the associations between electrophysiological alterations of the clinical phenotype of individuals with fragile X syndrome. She obtained a departmental scholarship from the faculty of medicine and health sciences of the University of Sherbrooke in 2018 and received a price for the best oral presentation at the 15th Scientific Day of the department of psychology of the University of Montreal in 2022. 

During her free time, Mélodie loves hiking and riding her motorcycle.
