PhD student in neuroscience
Gabriela completed a Bachelor degree in Psychology with a concentration in psychophysiology and clinical psychology at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She received a master of advanced studies in Experimental Cognitive Psychology and an Interfaculty complementary certificate in cognitive neurosciences from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.After she returned to Mexico she combined private practice and college teaching of psychology with a neuropsychological approach.Currently, Gabriela is a PhD student in neurosciences option neuropsychology under the supervision of Dre Sarah Lippé. She is interested in find early markers for the diagnostic of different neurodevelopmental disorders by means of electroencephalography, transfontanellar ultrasound, behavioral and cognitive developmental assessment.Awards and scholarships Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships for Foreign Scholars.
